On this 6-week course, we will teach you two methods of meditation: the Mindfulness of Breathing, to develop a steady and integrated state of mind, and Loving-Kindness (or metta bhavana) meditation, to cultivate positive emotion.
The sessions are led by the same experienced practitioners through all 6 weeks. They will also include practical suggestions for bringing the benefits of meditation into our everyday lives, and the opportunity to share and receive feedback on your progress, week by week.
In some ways most important of all, you will be encouraged to find what really works for you, what brings enjoyment and feeds inspiration.
The course is suitable for people completely new to meditation, relative newcomers, or those who need a refresher for their practice
