Primarily, we offer opportunities to stimulate discussion and reflection.
By introducing Buddhist history, principles and practices in simple and engaging ways, we help extend pupils' understanding and experience of Buddhism, while keeping in line with and enriching your school's curriculum.
We tailor each visit to the learning needs and interests of your school or group - just let us know about any particular requirements or ideas you might have. Otherwise, you can leave it to us!

Buddhist shrines create a focal point for discussion and ritual, and encourage engagement with the principles and ideals they represent, through symbolism.
The box contains everything needed to build a shrine (except for fresh flowers). Guidelines on how to build the shrine, an explanation of the symbolism, why Buddhists build shrines and some simple exercises that you might want to use are also included.
Just get in touch and we will organise for you to collect it. We ask for a donation to the Bristol Buddhist Centre - the suggested amount is £15.
