We gather to honour Locanā, the Buddha of Clear Vision and the embodiment of mirror-like wisdom. Her name means “the one who sees,” evoking the luminous clarity that perceives phenomena without distortion or grasping.

Through devotion, meditation, and offerings, we invoke Locanā’s qualities of purity, spacious awareness, and unshakable presence. This puja provides an opportunity to recognise and cultivate these qualities within ourselves, allowing confusion to settle and wisdom to shine forth.
May the blessings of Locanā open our eyes to things as they truly are, deepen our understanding, and support the awakening of wisdom and compassion for the benefit of all beings.

Invitation to wear blue: Please wear blue clothing if this appeals as a way to embody the realm of Locana!
All welcome in the realm of the blue.
Open to all (even if not attending 'Into Blue' full weekend event).

There is no set charge for this event - we invite you to make a donation when you come, by card or cash.
The Bristol Buddhist Centre runs most of its events on a donation basis. This helps maintain a spirit of generosity and gratitude, and ensure the Dharma remains accessible to all.
