We will explore how the qualities of agility and continuity of attentiveness can enable us to engage creatively in ‘bhavana’ (cultivation and development) meditation, taking the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana practices as examples.
The art is to remain engaged with the form of your chosen practice, while being spacious and receptive.
Open to all who have an established meditation practice and are familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations.
