(of Buddhafield Festival fame), drawing on his experience in
Gestalt Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, play and Buddhism, will facilitate
this day. A great way to get to know yourself and explore going out of your comfort
zone in a safe way.

be an experiential day exploring the skills and principles of Non-violent
communication, through dialogue, reflection, group work and play. Suitable for
